- Does it cost anything to join?

- Is there a minimum follower count?

- When do I actually get the money?
- A confirmed sale creates a pending commission. It stays pending through the brand's hold window, which exists in case of refunds, then becomes available to withdraw. You are paid from the brand's settled payment, so nothing is promised that has not been collected.
- Why do I have to verify my identity?
- Verification gates money and nothing else. You can browse, apply, message brands and create content without it; you need it before a payment can be requested on your behalf.
- What happens if a customer refunds?
- The commission is reversed. That is what the hold window is for — a reversal after a payout would otherwise be your problem rather than the ledger's.
