1. What are cookies?

Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website. We also use local storage, which works similarly. They let the Platform keep you signed in, remember preferences, and attribute referral traffic.

2. Cookies and storage we use

• Authentication / session (strictly necessary) — set by our authentication provider (Supabase) to keep you securely signed in. Without these the Platform cannot function. Duration: the length of your session and token validity.
• mr_vid — visitor / attribution — a random identifier set when you open a tracking link, used to attribute later conversions to the correct affiliate. Duration: up to 30 days.
• Interface preferences (functional) — e.g. the sidebar collapsed state, stored in your browser’s local storage to remember how you like the dashboard.
• Error monitoring / diagnostics — we use Sentry to detect and diagnose errors. In its current configuration it does not use advertising cookies or session replay; it may store minimal technical data to correlate errors.

3. Why we use them

Strictly necessary cookies are required to operate the Platform and keep your account secure. Attribution and functional storage make the affiliate model work and improve your experience. We do not use cookies for third-party advertising.

4. Managing cookies

You can control or delete cookies through your browser settings, and clear local storage at any time. Blocking strictly necessary cookies will prevent you from signing in and using core features. Where your consent is required for non-essential cookies, you may withdraw it at any time; doing so may affect attribution of referrals.
